What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Wedding Affair?
If an item ordered by you on Wedding Affair is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservice@weddingaffair.ca for a refund.
How can I return a product ordered from Wedding Affair?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Wedding Affair, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.

You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.
